Website Terms — Draft

This website and demonstration are provided for business discovery, evaluation, and design-partner discussions. These draft terms require legal review before public deployment.

Prototype status

The embedded application is an interactive prototype using synthetic data. It is not represented as a production WMS, TMS, YMS, QMS, ERP, or authoritative inventory system.

Human decision authority

Recommendations shown in the demonstration are illustrative. Human leaders remain responsible for operational, financial, safety, quality, and employment decisions.

Intellectual property

AIMTRIA Systems branding, interface concepts, written content, and demonstration workflows remain protected intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pilot use

Any use with real business information requires a separate written agreement defining scope, security, data handling, responsibilities, limitations, and commercial terms.
